Yes. I use Halaxy, a secure online patient management software, ensuring all of your information remains private and protected.


Currently, naturopathy is not covered under private health insurance. However, our professional associations are actively working to have naturopathy reinstated under private health insurance, as it was successfully covered in the past.


I welcome everyone who wants to improve their health. While I have great experience and interest in women’s hormonal health, perimenopause, children’s health, digestive health, circadian health & women's sexual health. I also work with men and women of all ages and life stages to help them optimise their health and well-being.


Once you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your video appointment. If you would prefer a phone appointment, simply reply to the email, and we can arrange it.

  • Before Your Appointment: Click the link 5 minutes early to familiarise yourself with the platform.
  • During Your Appointment: I will join the call at your scheduled time, and we will have your consultation. Your session includes a 5-7 minute administration period at the end to process payment and schedule your next appointment. Appointment times are inclusive of this administration period to ensure I stay on time for all clients.
  • After Your Appointment: I will take the time to create your personalised treatment plan, which will be emailed to you.


Payments can be made via:

  • Direct debit – This does not incur any fees. Payments are due prior to the appointment or can be processed during the administration time at the end of your appointment.
  • Credit card – Available at the time of your appointment, but merchant fees will apply. 


To best serve all patients and to accommodate the waiting list, a 24-hour notice of cancellation or changes is required.

I do not offer refunds after an appointment. Since becoming a practitioner in 2006, I’ve never had a client request a refund, and I aim to provide the best possible service to avoid any such concerns.

The time, professionalism, and expertise I dedicate to each consultation are valuable, as is the individualised treatment plan I create for each client. I always put forth my best efforts to ensure that you receive personalised care. For these reasons, I do not offer refunds.
